The location of the booth is determined by the Committee. The Committee has the right to designate and move assigned booths for the effective operation and curation of the fair. Galleries cannot change their booth location after it has been assigned. The Committee may, if necessary, change the location of allocated spaces, as well as alter the shape of the booth in certain circumstances. The Committee also reserves the right to rearrange the layout of unoccupied areas, halls and hallways, and to alter the entrances / exits of the exhibition space. In case pillars and fire hydrants are located inside the booth, the area is excluded from the booth area and deducted from the booth fee. Such facilities may not be relocated by the gallery.

Galleries are not allowed to sublet their booth, either entirely or partially, to others, nor are they permitted to pass on the booth fee to participating artists. If an exhibitor is found guilty of such actions, their participation will be automatically canceled, and they will be prohibited from participating for the following three years. If a gallery that has been approved for participation is disqualified due to the above reasons, the booth fee already paid will not be refunded. Furthermore, any unapproved galleries, individuals, or artists involved in unauthorized booth operations will also be banned from participating for the next three years. Galleries are not allowed to install artworks, appliances, or furniture outside of the designated booth space, including hallways. If this rule is violated, a penalty will be applied to their participation in the following edition. If necessary, exhibitors must obtain prior approval from the Committee at least two months before the fair opens. The Committee does not provide caption stickers or any other materials besides nameplates for booth installation. The gallery director or gallerists must be present at the booth during public hours and must strictly adhere to the official closing time. It is recommended that all artworks’ prices are listed in both INR (Indian Rupees) and USD (U.S. Dollars).
